After our 1st consultation with Rayford, hubby decided to check out other agents to get a different views.
Hubby went to do another assessment at PRforAustralia and decided to check out the company - Global Migration.
We can get a free consultation before we decide to go ahead with the processes.
The company has no event in Penang so we decided to go to their office in KL since we will be in KL in the next few weeks.

How did it went?
We went to Evergreen Laurel Hotel this afternoon to meet up with the agent. The guy/consultant who attended to us named Vincent. According to him, we have quite a good chance since hubby is an engineer. He calculated the amount of points we can score with hubby as the primary applicant. He suggested we also use my aunt as a sponsor to gain more points.
There were a lot of stuff we chatted about which we still have doubts over and just to clarify that we stand a high chance of a successful application. According to Vincent, we need to spent roughly about RM15K - RM20K for the entire PR application inclusive of agent fees and fees payable to the Australian Government.

Looking for an Agent
After a lengthy discussion with hubby, we decided that we will engage an agent instead of DIY since we do not have the time to collate everything on our own.
Now, which agent to go to?
A run on some websites, there are many located in KL but rare in Penang. Most of these agents will conduct seminars in Penang every now and then so we have to wait for one that is coming here.
Mean while, hubby went to do an online assessment to check his chances of a successful application.
